PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If Mancini had a second job/consultancy, he is perfectly entitled to privacy in his affairs. If the PL think he was paid for a second role, then they should show the club the evidence. They would also have to prove the club knew he was being paid by a related party. A related party has no obligation to share who they employ with the PL, City or anyone else.
Lots of people have 2nd 3rd 4th or even 5th jobs and are free to do so. Lots of people at the top of the PL can have more than one job.
Yep MPs for example, obviously they have to declare the 50 or so jobs they hold. A private citizen can say fuck off, none of your business.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m sure I’ve read previously that Mancini’s Al-Jazera consultancy contract was in place prior to him even being City’s manager?

If they were would they not come first - standard procedure Is criminal stuff takes priority.
This VV

If a former player had turned informer to HMRC they would have raided the Club months ago without warning, for Tax avoiding business practices.

HMRC would have Seized all digital Media including Hard Drives.

That has not happened to my knowledge.

I am calling it what it is 100% Bullshit. Click bait on Twitter.

This'll just rumble on until the govt threat to impose an independent regulator on the pl goes away then it will fizzle out. Off the hook on technicalities no doubt so the stink of shit remains. Maybe a few stick and we pay a fine.
All about showing the pl can regulate itself and keeping the cartel pacified enough to avoid a breakaway esl.

Love how engaging top/expensive lawyers is being sneered at by the media - who should we go to ? A tier 6 outfit?

Our crack team of legal experts on BM will soon see them off... Once they've finished solving the Nicola Bulley disappearance in the Off Topic forum.

In the meantime, always remember...

"We don't give a fuck cos we're all pissed up, MCFC OK"

Khaldoon and Mansour need to arrive to the presser on Friday and provide back up to Pep. or shut off the press before they have a go at Pep.

last thing they should get out of Pep is him saying he walks the moment it turns out we cooked the books.

I said this earlier, I think they’ll do us for failing to release info/comply and we pay a £20m fine or so. The rest is dropped and we call it a draw. I hope though City fight it and bring the house of cards down personally.
