PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The biggest thing that winds me up in all of this is, that we're essentially being accused for having too much money and having an owner that actually cares about the club.

The notion of that is ridiculous.

We would be the first club punished for actually having owners that want to invest.

That's why these charges are dangerous and why Pep was alluding to 'be careful what you wish for' yesterday.

Didn't have all these journalists and opposition fans defending us when our previous owner nearly put us out of business though. They don't actually care about those issues, that's why Bury went under so easily, FFP did jack shit to protect them.

Ultimatley this is what FFP aims to do, block over investment from an owner - none of us agree with it and its a load of shit.

However if the club is proven to have breached the FFP laws which we signed up to, theres not a lot we can do.

This cannot be right. There is no way we can appeal the decision to the high court. We can only appeal to HC in the event of unfairness or fault in the procedure.
I doubt the panel will find us guilty, though I don’t think this panel will be as neutral as CAS.
So if we get found guilty, but have irrefutable evidence of our innocence, as we have stated, then wouldn’t you say that was an unfair process? Therefore, High Court here we come no?

No. That is an appeal of the verdict. To get to court we would have to allege faulty process.

If they’ve ignored evidence, wouldn’t that be a faulty process? Or is it more on the side of the have to follow due process as written in the Pl handbook?

Or better still, can you give any examples of what would be a faulty or unfair process to help me (& I’m sure others) understand what would & wouldn’t allow us to go to HC please bud?

I'm trying to establish what side of the fence you are on here, with some of the posts you have made this week on this thread.

Thing is you've probably blocked me anyway,so may not to choose to reply, which is generally your trait, unless trying to put somebody down, but I am deeply concerned for someone with as many forthright views that you portray,as to where the land does actually lie with you.
