Why are we hated so much?

Does anyone care anymore? The shock has left me now after the premiers attack. I was talking to a dipper today and he forgot to mention the “cheat” stuff. Caught me off guard as I was ready for a scrap.

Anyone mentions it to me I just laugh at them and say I hope we bribe our way out of it and spend loads a money in the summer. If they want a proper chat then that different.

Who cares? We won at Cas and we will win again. Fuck em.
 
United are the biggest club in England, why? Because it would seem that 20% of the population support them and the other 80% hate them. This means that virtually the whole country are interested in their matches, TV, newspaper articles etc. For us, we are not at that level of hatred yet, but believe me, people hating you is good for business. What you do not want is people not caring whether we win or lose So in a weird sort of way hate is good!

I believe Man Utd’s popularity began with the Munich Disaster and for much of the country who were beforehand not football fans especially, understandably could only mourn for the ‘Busby Babes’ which was so tragic given how young those boys were. They’ve stuck with them since through generations. I’d say that’s why United are so popular. Before Munich, they were not so popular but clearly had a large local fan base back then, like you lot and us.
