I can guarantee it comes under the same offence, indecent exposure. I know this because years ago a mate's brother got off a bus near Saint Luke's church near Hollyhedge road in Wythenshawe. It was late at night and having had a drink he was bursting for a piss. Wisely he went behind the church to do so as he was out of sight. Unluckily for him a policewoman was patrolling the area and followed him catching him in the act. He was arrested and convicted at magistrates court for indecent exposure.

What Kyle did and what he did are worlds apart. But, what Kyle did was abhorrent and the club absolutely should hold him to account. It’s such bizarre behaviour, whether or not the idiots I was with were happy with me getting out my knob, never would I fucking do it “for a laugh”

As far as we are aware no complaint was made about his behaviour to the police by anybody involved including the bar in question. It's not in the public interest except for the fact he's a celebrity. The footage wasn't released to trace him as everyone knew and knows who he is. If I was Walker I'd sue the fuckers. The footage should only have been given to the police as evidence if a complaint has been made for the CPS to review it and decide if it should go to court. Was Waker an idiot? Yes no doubt and not for the first time. If some punter sold the video they'd filmed on their phone that's a different story. The bar has to follow GDPR regulations, that's the law.

Firmly in the second camp. This is a 32yo "man" we're talking about - not a 21yo. Then there's his wife and children to consider.
I hope the police charge him - his party aren't in that venue on their own, so likely spoilt others afternoons out.
Best to part ways in the summer while we might get some money in for him.
(Sadly this is yet another example of why England are winning feck all Internationally while I'm alive - just can't control themselves)
