Liverpool supporters' group Spirit of Shankly have also expressed their displeasure at the move.

“We understand reduced allocations at the Etihad have also happened to other clubs, which don’t seem to be about away fan behaviour, but poor crowd management."

A club with no self awareness, shame or honour. Every single football fan in the world knows exactly what they are, it's a pity our media don't acknowledge it.

100% right. The lack of a real challenge to their behaviours over the years has allowed an untouchable aura to surround these cunts. The media are 100% culpable.
A poor girl has gone to a football match and has gone home with life changing injuries through no fault of her own.
There is zero effort to 'out' the culprit. None at all, because the feral twats know the stench of cowardice from the media and the football authorities matches the stench of entitlement from the same red reprobates.
These lot have such a bad record for fan behaviour it beggars belief that they get away with what they do, AND blame everyone else apart from themselves.
They should be banned from all grounds, permanently.

It comes after a 15-year-old girl was left 'scarred for life' after a pint cup weighted with coins was thrown from the Liverpool section onto home fans at the Carabao Cup tie in December. (along with a picture of the City scarf with the girls blood on it)

That move appears to have not gone down well at Anfield, ahead of the April 1 clash at the Etihad Stadium.

"Liverpool have confirmed that its allocation has been 'significantly reduced' with the reduction 'agreed between Greater Manchester Police, the local Ground Safety Advisory Group and Manchester City'. It added: 'LFC has been in contact with the Premier League and Manchester City to challenge this decision. The club is committed to having as many supporters as possible in stadiums for Premier League and other away fixtures.
