Sounds about right.FOC here, just started the Couch to 5k this week, done three runs, finding it tough, back of my left heel aches, left hip too. Is it just because I’m just starting out? Does it get easier? My time this morning was slower than the first two.
I'm not even a FOC, but still whenever I do a new physical activity the body isn't used to it hurts like hell after.
Take it slow and focus as much on recovery as the run itself.
