First ever Manchester Derby final

We're is that bet 25/1 I can't find it lol, send me a link I'll have a bit of that.

The real odds are over 29/1 from a traditional bookie, Sky Bet are chiselling on the assumption people don't want to put on a slightly complicated bet you probably need a spreadsheet to work out.

We'll get 30,500 to sell! We have about 40K Seasoncard holders and knowing the potential for trouble, the cost and inconvenience of yet another Wembley trip, I think it's unlikely that 3 out of 4 Seasoncard holders across all demographics will buy tickets. Yes all the young singletons will, but there will be many young families of 4 holders and perhaps older couples won't fancy it. Add to that the Digital Ticket scenario complicating buying for others. It will be close but I really do believe that some tickets will go to Members with good points!
The football family will take their tickets so we won't get anything like we got for Watford, and for Stoke we had less season ticket holders and they missed out.

For everyone put off there will be double wanting to go. All sponsors and partners, and hospitality, staff and ex staff will want as many as they can get. I think closers to 28k allocated and 5k will be top sliced.

Quite pleased they beat Brighton. Zero fear factor playing United these days and I see Brighton as potentially more dangerous opposition. We know what United are all about, dodgy keeper, dodgy defence, average midfield, with a couple of dangerous wide players and a shite centre forward. The only way they can possibly play against us is to try to hit us on the counter attack, if they try to go toe to toe they'll get wasted and they know it. No problem for Pep preparing the players for this one. Bring it on.

Have been in the second tier (blocks 220-225) for two of our games at Wembley - on the back row - with away fans in the boxes - a very weird Wembley planning arrangement - and it almost kicked off both times - on Saturday with a very annoying group of Sheffield United fans...so if they do this for the final - it will be utter carnage - i'm heading for the cheap seats (or tooling up...:))
Tooling up is the only option

Supporters may not like the idea of the game but you can be sure Pep and the players are delighted with playing these twats. They owe them one following the last game and this is their perfect stage. Also those worried about them kicking us, think this side is well used to that side of them game and are more than capable of looking after themselves in particular against those scranny twats.

Revenge after the OT daylight robbery must burn as brightly in our players as it does us. Yet the media crow they have nothing to fear as they have beaten us already this season, neglecting to mention how.

It was awful on Wembley way after the semi in 2011. I know I won’t be going back that way this time. Once you are on WW , it’s impossible to get out with the crowd all around you if it kicks off.
I understand why people are concerned.
I'm going with around 10 lads. Luckily for us, there are no women or children in the group, so it's unlikely their lot will go for us.

I’m not so convinced this time that there will be a huge uptake from the “football family “ Those tickets largely still have to be paid for. I went to a couple of finals myself in the 80s, as a neutral just for a day out.

But looking at the prices someone posted for last years final and maybe adding another 10% on top this year, you’re going to be looking at over £300 for two Cat 1 tickets. And over a monkey for two on the second tier. I’m not sure many neutrals will be interested in that day just for a day out.

Until yesterday I’d have said United fans would snap up any amount of spares at any price. But looking at all the empties yesterday, I’m not even too sure about that.

It was completely mental that they allowed us to mix on WW in 2011 on the way to the tube station. It's been fine on WW against other clubs (mostly) but not a good idea to share WW with that lot. I think there will be plenty of old Bill about to monitor it.
