Apologise for something that isn't actually their fault? Seriously? I know the ticket office don't exactly help themselves a lot of the time, but come on; be realistic.
They should apologise for having a shit help system, shit and long phone queuing system and not having enough staff at the ticket office to deal with people in person. They should also apologise for all the other fuck ups of the last 3 weeks.
 
I’m pretty sure this problem is only pertaining to automatic payments, not whether or not anyone is in the scheme. Tickets for the final shouldn’t be affected by this as you pay for them by inputting all the details yourself.
But I’m sure the club could uncover some previously unknown different IT gremlins without too much difficulty!

No. You have to take responsibility for what you are selling. If a bar tender told me my pint was half full cos Oliver Reed had taken a sup. I wouldn't blame Oliver Reed, I would blame the bar tender.
 
I've had confirmation of my payment for the Madrid game but my ticket is showing Chelsea game.
Anyone else got this ?
Yes me. Happens to me regularly for cup games on an android phone (the 3 dots or the on and off only seems to work on iphones). Mostly it updates the day before or the day of the match. A couple of times it hasn't updated at all but worked anyway, even though it showed a later league game.

If you go into your ticketing account and then click on Tickets it should be showing both the RM and Chelsea tickets. I was then able to transfer the RM ticket into my mobile wallet

Failing that, phone on n off, that did the trick for me earlier
On the CL scheme, payment has been taken and confirmed on my MCFC account but still showing Chelsea. The three dots only give me the option to 'remove' and turning my phone off and back on (as also advised by the club today) also doesn't work.

Hopefully it'll update in the next few days, failing that I understand that the ticket will still work for Madrid even if it says Chelsea...

Is there not a Pass Details option when you press the 3 dots. If there is, turning off automatic updates and turning them on again usually works. Worked for me anyway just now.

There isn't, mate. On clicking on the three dots, the only option is to remove. There is a separate 'details' tab at the bottom but on opening that, it doesn't give any more information or allow any further selections. But thanks for your reply.
 
Just updated my mates payment details
He was trying to do it all through his phone then opening his banking app to confirm. This wasn't storing his card details
Used my laptop to update his details and he just used his phone for banking confirmation. Worked first time

Depends, if Ollie slurped it prior to it being in your possession, then it’s the bar tenders fault. If he took his gulp after you took possession, then you need to take it up with Ollie (Good luck with that)

Unless the payment system supplier decommissioned in the last week, they must have known this would happen and could have warned everyone in advance.
