This is it.

Bellingham to Madrid
Rice to Germany/London
Kimmich a no go

Who is the alternative, unless we truly believe Bellingham will sign
This possibility worries me as well. We are banking on Bernie/Gundo staying. Who are we going to go for if they don't?
I know we have Maxi/James, and we can try to go with them, but if we lose one of our maestros, we need quality replacements. It seems we might miss out on Guerreiro as well. We are at the end of May, and all I can see are Gvardiol and Kovacic. Would we be happy with just that?

Don't be losing any sleep, that's what I would say!!

No doubt the club are well aware of everything mate but not sure we can hang fire if Bernardo is still trying to get out and we get stung at the end of the window and all suitable replacements are gone? Hopefully if he`s still wanting out we set a deadline for a deal to be done

Not like you to panic mate ;)

Our deals are done, the majority of them, anyway.

City will know more than we do if Bernie is still off or staying.

Fair enough, I‘ve somewhat resigned myself to Bellingham going to Madrid because it’s clear we are his second choice so it’s up to Madrid as to whether they pay the fee.

My big concern with Bernardo and Gundogan is kicking the can down the road. Both of them plus KDB’s age means a midfield overhaul over the next few seasons. If both Bernardo and Gundogan stay brilliant but we still need another 8 otherwise we are looking at potentially falling off a cliff in midfield in a few years time.

We know Bernardo wants to go, I think he’ll end up in PSG because that’s the easiest deal to do. They need to replace Messi, Mbappe is his mate and Bernardo’s missus is due a baby. I think his people are being professional enough to keep everything low volume until after the champions league final.

No thanks. Not good enough.

I am not saying he is better than Walker because he isn't, but to say he is not good enough? Who is? He has been a regular for France and Bayern Munich for years. It would be difficult to find someone with a better resume currently available. World-class, IMO. I would swap him for Cancelo in a heartbeat. I wouldn't sell him to any PL team, that's for sure.
