I don’t know if anyone can help. My mate has got through and tried buying a £400 ticket but on final transaction when it checks with your bank , it’s remained stagnant and not gone through. He seems to think his bank details are fine and never had problems before . He tried going back and has tried logging out but it won’t allow. Anyone else had similar problems ? He’s obviously panicking like hell and nothing has gone out of his bank on pending transactions

I did try 3 times on my bank app,then try with a message and a code from the bank straight through.

I have no reason to doubt the person that said it was possible. The OSC insisted that people wanting tickets through them had to be match day members for a while but this might not have been maintained.

Unable to find this info online I asked a pal of mine who lived in Turkey for a few years, he rekons that the bottom tier of Ataturk has exactly 40,000 seats.

Based on this, do people think its plausible that UEFA will allocate the entire bottom tier to fans of the 2 clubs and leave the top tiers for tickets bought through UEFA, or do they not work like that?

I entered my codes on Friday and got an email from UEFA confirming purchase and saying that tickets will be issued nearer the time

Anyone know when this might be? I travel out on 5th and would like to have them by then

That’s rather odd because I only posted for the first time exactly one week ago.
And I would say that most of my posts have been helping posters understand how to buy tickets off UEFA’s portal.
However it does seem that every time I mention OSCs it gets a risible and abusive rebuke.
What are you fellas protecting?

I can’t believe we’ve near enough sold out with only the cup scheme holders getting the chance to get one. I was thinking it would sell out low down on season ticket points holders.

I can see a few more signing up for the scheme next season seeing as the final is at Wembley.

Have we nearly sold out? I’ve genuinely believed all along that these would be available to anyone who wanted one, certainly with a season ticket. I read at 11am we had 9000 left.

No confirmation yet mate, but the consensus/kangaroo court of the bluemoon forum reckon it will be around Wednesday 7th June.

Its uefa who have stated tickets issued by the 7th, so should be accurate

When it was paper tickets, they could be passed on.
The seasoncards could be passed on.
The mobile tickets can be passed on.

As I said earlier, the only way to stop tickets being passed on is 100% name checks at the turnstiles. As my kids' primary school head used to say "Life is unfair and the sooner you get used to that, the better".

The difference is that the tickets will be in the name of the person who ends up with them so identity checks would be pointless. Not that it matters because they would never correlate tickets with their rightful owners anyway. It would cause too many delays. So you’re right that we’ve got to accept that there will be a proportion of tickets going to people who don’t deserve them and there’s no point moaning.

Why should supporters clubs get ANY priority? Why us a City fan in a SC more worthy than one who isn’t?

If it was left to me they and hospitality wouldn't get any.
All tickets bar 5% for staff would go through the loyalty points scheme.
I would set a side 10% for 18/25 and 15% for a ballot for Season Ticket holders who don't qualify through their points .
So if a match sold out at 16000 points any Season Ticket holders under that would be eligible to go in the ballot.
If City want to grow the brand do it at home matches and stop penalising the core supporters.
All the above is hypothetical as they won't allow it to happen anyway.

Possibly but based on this thread the writing is on the wall for the, “integrity of the points system.” This thread could be construed as an advert for ballots. That’s not something I want by the way.

Just put a handful of City staff on away gates to check tickets, if the person using the ticket doesn't match the person who bought it then a lifetime ban on away tickets for the purchaser.

Any ticket sold to OSC would also have to be used by someone in the branch if not the OSC get a season long ban on having any tickets.
Spot checks that will literally be writing a ticket number down and someones name from photo ID will hold someone up by a couple of minutes. they can be checked against purchaser at a later date. Its not hard to implement and will sort all this shite out.
