Happy days , got a decent draw for seats Cat3 we’re in 324 on the corner lower tier but quite high up so view shouldn’t be too bad. We also had 6 order groups all request together and we’ve all been put together so hopefully everyone is in the same boat.

You don’t need to click on the email if you have downloaded the UEFA ticket app already. My ticket came straight through to the ticket app. All I had to do is to press keep. The steward will activate your ticket when it is checked as you go into the ground. Before your ticket is checked by the steward turn your bluetooth on. Make sure you have plenty of battery life. Take a spare battery charger with you. Watch the animated video. It explains it all.

They released in waves. Will land at some point. Close the app and reopen.

They don’t need a UEFA account, but they do need to download the UEFA mobile tickets app by putting in their email address and then they will be sent a six figured code to get into the app.
You can then transfer a ticket to them from your app.
There is an option to ‘transfer’ ticket.
So pick which ticket you want to send them, press transfer and then put in their email address.
When they log in to their own ticket app the ticket should be there to download.

Really jealous of those making the trip to Istanbul however many days you're there. I'm just not in the right job to make it happen unfortunately as I'd try and go on the Friday and have a couple of days there.
Just shout your loudest and cheer the boys on and fingers crossed we bring that trophy home. Everyone stay safe as well which is the most important thing

I created my ticketing account with my Apple ID.
it has sent my ticket to a new email address that apple created.
Spoke to City and can’t help but sent me a link to UEFA.
They won’t resend the ticket to my correct email address.
Fucking nightmare.
