Love the old saying;Spotted the footage of him with Biden in the White House on tv earlier.
Not sure Biden looked him the eyes once.
Special relationship indeed.
Fantastic question from a journo that irked both of them. This special relationship is a myth and it always has been. Invented by the Yanks to keep us hanging off their coat tails and taking it up the arse whenever they want us to
He’s not a leader, he’s an accountant without a cause.Where is he? Somewhere off grid? Two of his MP's have quit and he has said and done nothing?
Unfair…….it’s all something to do with a tofu-eating non-believing, enemy of the people illegal blob in a boat- if the govt. is to be believed! So how's those pledges going?
1/ Halve inflation - inflation up from 6.2% to 6.8% last month
2/ Economy growing - economy flat lining
3/ reduce national debt - national debt up from 88.9% to 99.2% of GCP
4/ Reduce NHS waiting lists - last month a new record of 7.4m waiting was reached
5/ stop the boats - largest volume this year last weekend of 616 crossing the channel - thats about one and a half barges.
He has had a very (counter ) productive 6 months since making those pledges

They can’t deliver on anything that they pledge because the people who need to do the hard yards to make it happen aren‘t being taking with them. They have too many toxic leaders who have lost all trust of those they are meant to serve. So how's those pledges going?

All the figures you’ve quoted on the economy are wrong, by the way.So how's those pledges going?

Flatlining see Gov own figs - a bit up a bit down overall about levelAll the figures you’ve quoted on the economy are wrong, by the way.
Q1 GDP increased.Flatlining see Gov own figs - a bit up a bit down overall about level
GDP monthly estimate, UK - Office for National Statistics
Gross domestic product (GDP) measures the value of goods and services produced in the UK. It estimates the size of and growth in the economy.www.ons.gov.uk
Q1 GDP increased.
CPI inflation fell in the latest data, although CPIH is the preferred ONS measure so they will presumably be judged on that.
Measures of government debt have increased, but not by the figures you quoted.
Sunak should be held to account on his pledges but I think it’s only fair to use the right data.
I’m quoting the correct ONS time series. Q1 GDP increased and inflation fell in April. There’s no ambiguity about it.So the ONS lie?
Right, yeah.
Right, yeah.
Me quoting the actual data - i.e. telling the truth - is clutching at straws, whereas you pulling figures out of your arse and making shit up to suit your argument isn’t.
Makes sense that.
