We signed him and gave him a contract. He’s a human being not a piece of meat.
If he doesn’t want to go he doesn’t have to.

Probably one of the most disappointing transfer chats in a long while in terms of rumours and also TH leaving..Gvardiol sure looks a great prospect especially if Laporte goes.. but we do seem well stacked up in defence and whilst LB/RB surely need investment, am sure Pep has plans/new tactics.. Kovacic, fine, hardly earth shattering.
Actually can not help but think this window will define us for a while..Pep's players can take a season to bed in so if he stays for 2 more years, then maybe they will perforrm well in his last season (obviously hope Pep stays longer !!).Have no idea if the PL shite is putting players off too. Excited, but after the treble I guess thought the money earned we would be going out big time to maintain the success and have more rumours circulating..Early doors I guess.

Don't forget Jonny when he goes walkiesRice and Rodri double pivot is incredible control in midfield. With Ruben Stones and Gvardiol as the centre backs that's a wall at the back.
Need to give in house deals a coating before anythingAll those post should keep city extra busy for a day or two[emoji38]
Please tell me it's an Abu Dhabi or even a Saudi based company!

You better be ready Philips is going to stay and he might get Pep approval to stay whether you like it or not next season.
Huh ! not too sure but I‘ll wait for walker’s approval.
The Norway Manager withdrew Haaland after 60 minutes yesterday saying he could see he was physically drained & had nothing left.I very much doubt the PL nonsense will put players off - I suspect Txiki’s phone is on fire with agents calling him. I think one of the major issues for this window is accounting for the impact of the last 3 months of this season - players are not going to recover physicallu or mentally in three weeks (they will be exhausted) so we need to refresh things and cover a lengthy lay off for KGB. Kovatic makes perfect sense, knows the league and won’t be around long enough to block the pathway for youth players. I suspect next season we will needto make sure we are still in the mix until the New Year and then see if we can go on the rampage again…. But we shouldn’t underestimate what the last few months took out of all of us... game after game was must win with little margin for error.
Greedy cunts. fifa. The Norway Manager withdrew Haaland after 60 minutes yesterday saying he could see he was physically drained & had nothing left.
Players are going to collapse the way they're being mercilessly rinsed & now FIFA are planning a World Club Cup tournament to rival the Champions League!
With the Nations' League, Euro's & World Cup, where & when do football authorities expect to squash in yet ANOTHER pointless competition?
The time's come for the top players to start thinking of their health & futures & make themselves unavailable for all but the most crucial International matches.
I've never got the lure of international football for Champions League players, outside of tournaments. If I owned a football club, I'd be fuckin pissed with the FA, UEFA & FIFA using my assets to feather their nests...
Exactly. A successful business is based on treating people with dignity and respect. That way you get the right people wanting to work for you and to stay working for you.Business is business.
