If this is true then I think they're proper cheeky bastards no two ways about it, got Premier League too pure cheek trying to get him cheaper.

He's a nailed future England international for me, don't care if that means just a couple caps or many more he'll play for England.

Personally I think we should only be accepting an offer so low if we're getting a buy back of £35m too.

Our buy backs as seen with Lavia lately are way too high they should be just over half what clubs pay, they should also have a reduction fee if a team is relegated like in Lavia's case.

If we've offered Burnley Harwood-Bellis for £15m and they've snubbed it we should tell them the price has now gone up for their cheek, I'm sure Luton or another struggling team would take him on loan after seeing him impress for England u21s and in the championship, one year in the Prem and any team could easily get £25m for him if they aren't happy to pay £15m we should tell them to do one.
