he really fucked us as he was around a 60m players especially at the end of season 21/22 where in large parts of the season he had some really great games. had we looked for buyers that summer we may even get close to 60m for him. nowhere near that this summer...

We fucked up when loaning him to Bayern. If as reported Pep never wants to see his miserable boat at City ever again, we should've negotiated a £5m loan fee & lowered our asking price to £40m & made his transfer an obligation to buy this summer.

He's been crap for a long time now. Latvia would be an almost immediate upgrade or not far off.

My thoughts on Liverpool this coming season were that they would be absolutely dynamic going forward but get absolutely washed on the transition with Fabinho and TAA next to each other. If they can get rid of him and bring in Latvia or someone who can cover a lot more ground then that makes them a hell of a lot more formidable IMO.

I think they are all going.. all Liverpool boys (midfield 3) and City boys (2, Mahrez, maybe Bernie +Gundo).. just seems like both teams are at a place where there is change. "Too" much success, or not enough recently.. +age etc. Transition
