I’ll happily drive him to Leeds myself and have said as much on here many times!

We won’t get £10 million as he had a £5 million buy out clause that it looks likely Leeds are going to trigger.

Kamara was excellent right up until his pals got their big moves. Aribo and Bassey moved on and Rangers accepted a £5 million deal for Kamara with French club (Nice or Lille) they then withdrew offer and came back near end of window with £2 million offer we knocked back. Kamara then goes in a huff.

I don’t care how good , bad or indifferent they are as a player. If the manager picks them I ll support that player but he simply must give 100%. I don’t care if you’re a superstar if you’re not giving it everything then I don’t want them near my club

Many times. You have the Copeland and the other one behind the goal so that is where we were put. I mind going to you and we got the Copeland, the enclosure snd a section of the Govan. I can’t see it be reversed without a full 7.5k and you have sold your seats so it’s a non starter until you shift on it. 700 is a waste of time.

Celtic used to get Broomloan Road , West Enclosure . Some Main Stand and one section of Govan. That’s when we got whole Rangers end at Parkhead and some of the your main stand. I’ve read we also got part of the old Jungle but I can’t remember that. I’ve been in the old jungle a few times but that was Semi finals / finals. I don’t mind the results in these games as they count towards nothing. Tonight I thought that starting XI is Beales XI. Now I’ll say it again I didn’t want Beale and if he fucked off to join Slippy tomorrow I’d be delighted but he won’t and we are stuck with him so we have to get behind him and the team but I see nothing. No formation , no game plan , absolutely no cohesion in the team. Just NOTHING!

The new signings showed next to nothing. Defence , Souttar apart, are all over the place!

Midfield started OK but they are not on the same wavelength as the front three. Matondo did more in his limited time than all of them combined.

Not one single positive to be taken from that game and Saturday is our last chance to actually put in a performance. OK one positive is Souttar is excellent if he can just stay fit but the rest…,,,,

We are a very poor watch, I was bored senseless watching us vs Hamburg and glad I opted to stay at home and watch the game tonight. No shape, no bite, and next to nothing up top where we have spent our money!! Our defence is every bit as poor as last season, as it is last seasons….our manager hasn’t yet seen reason to drop Barasic Lundstram and Davies from his plans and most of us seem to be really puzzled by that and quite rightly so imho!

Very worrying performance overall-

No signs of any improvement in defence and cant see where goals will come from

Souttar the only one who can go to bed tonight feeling he's done well. Least said about the rest of them, bar maybe Lammers, the better.

Poor performance all round, no cohesion, no tactics - just 11 lost souls wandering about the pitch. Only a friendly but, at this stage, we should be looking a whole lot better. No prolonged control in midfield in any of the games so far, which is a worry, no real potency in attack and the usual individual defensive errors.

Everyone saying its only a friendly can you tell me any positives from that game because I can't think of any.

That was a terrible performance and we lack width and pace which is a real concern. Don't even get me started on the defence.

It was a Rangers penalty, never one for anybody else, but you get loads of them. What was it last year, 15? ;)

I was going to say they were all pish but once again I was impressed by Souttar. He proves there are decent players in the league.

Josh Doig Young left back that was at Hibs was a better prospect than Ridvan and would have cost a fraction what we paid for the Turk

Lewis Ferguson, IMO, is better than Dowell and would have loved playing for Rangers.

Nisbett / Shankland looks better than Dessers. Then again I look better than fucking Dessers!!

There’s a real snobbery among our support when it comes to signing Scottish talent. Celtic missed out on McGinn as they didn’t want to pay what he was worth. Same with Fletcher in the recent past!

It would also generate much needed income for these clubs.

I agree about McGinn, another Lawell ballsup. As for now, I can’t think of a single player I would like to sign. We have bought Taylor and Turnbull from Scottish teams. I think you missed a trick with Ferguson, a good player and a bluenose. Soutar is a good player, it’s just the lad is awfy prone to getter crocked.

Nisbett is also good but we weren’t ever going for him.

Just for the record. No matter what happens in the coming season. I never wanted rid of GvB and I know I’m in a tiny minority. Winning cup, Europa League final and reaching group stages for me earned him a chance with his own team and injury free squad.

I never wanted Beale, I don’t rate Beale, I don’t like Beale , I think Beale coming up as a guest of the club and his interview to TV under minded Rangers manager GvB who was treated very shabbily in the end

If and I know it’s a huge IF we win the league I’m still going to put it down to the millions brought into the club while GvB was manager and Celtic losing the very impressive Postecoglu.

I didn’t know enough about Butland, you always seem to get good goalies though, so I will expect him to be good. I loved how the Ranger said he was an England keeper. All ours are projects. When did he play last or was involved in an England squad? I think Tom Finney was playing. Or a ball boy ;)
