It's not officially done, but apparently it's happening.
Ironically Lavia was disappointed that Liverpool made a late move for Caicedo, which made him feel like a fallback option.

Fair point, and one I wholeheartedly agree with. Imho 'covert' racism is arguably worse, or at least more dangerous.
I honestly haven't read such things in the Guardian and certainly not in the article most recently referenced, but as I said, I don't read it that often.

City fans dont read it at all. Its full of hatred for us. I dont know why but they have a mission it seems.

I respect how Chelsea do their business. They don’t fuck about, just slap down the cash and take a new player home, I love that.
