Also does anyone know if a signing from South America (but staying there) is ok outside of the window? I think it is because the window is just a deadline to register a player to play for the club until the next window.

Not heard anything with regards to incomings. However I wouldn’t be surprised if something happens due to a task given to part of the scouting team as I mentioned a few days ago. It won’t be a big name or a player from the premier league.

Also yes you can sign players outside of a transfer window. In that case the player will remain with his current club until it opens again.

What I meant is that I (like many fathers) coach kids. In soccer, hurling and gaelic football. So I'm on grass 6 or 8 times a week. And this is Ireland so grass is wet more often than not. I try to keep my little piggies dry but often the wet gets through my boots. Everytime I'm tearing out of the house last minute I'm grabbing spare clothes just in case but forgetting that I already have spare clothes in the boot. So I just end up with gazillions of shit in my boot. Basically I'm a homeless person who pays a mortgage.

500 would be even more than Cole Palmer collected in season 21-22 and we just sold him for 45 million pounds, nearly as much as we received for Laporte and Mahrez combined. Bobb might just surprise some people this season.

Phillips, Bobb and De Bruyne are non entities currently so that leaves us with 3 players for the front 6 positions.

If Foden's illness was more severe and he was out for 2/3 weeks we would already be in a bad position and that's without 3 games per week starting soon.

I'd not want a KDB replacement. Hopefully Wirtz is that next season. I'm thinking more a Gomez/Perrone type European longshot who might surprise us if given a chance when we are stuck. If there's no place in the squad for them after KDB is back then they could go on loan or be sold.

Looks that way. Sort of makes sense, Palmer and McAtee need to be playing every week. Bobb has only just come through, so he will take Palmers minutes from last season.

Ferran Soriano, the money before anything else man as always ffs. He squeezes every department. It's money, money, money. He's good at his job tbf, but that man is pure business and nowt else. Khaldoon right on this!

My best mate holds the CEO position at County. He's from a pure business back ground and never worked in football till Mark bought the club. His whole purpose at the club is to firefight losses and temper the demands and expectations of the owner. I think every club bar Chelsea and the Rags have a Sorriano.
It's a shame to see Palmer go, but we're not offering him a 7 year deal. i feel for the lad, but I don't think his lethargic style helps him. Only time will tell on the lad as a footballer, but he's set for life now.
