If I was FSG I`d take the £215 million and run. I`d fuck Klanfield off and move the club to a new purpose built stadium miles away from Miseryside. Sell off the current stadium, I`m sure there`s a developer who`ll put a mini retail park there. FSG would be quids in and newly located in the home counties off an M25 junction somewhere remote.

£215m for Salah, they'd be fucking insane to turn that down.

Unpopular opinion here maybe but if Saudi came in with that kind of money for Kev - considering his age and our need to replace him anyway, I'd be okay with it.
Can you imagine the outrage and claims of sport washing, cheating FFP if we got a bid like that for a player at the same age. I am sure powers behind the scenes would be working on new FFP rules over it.
If they accept, like the Coutinho money, they can never again moan about the transfer market after offering over 100 million for Caceido and accepting this amount of money

You haven’t had much interactions with Liverpool supporters or seen how weird they can get. There is a reason why they are referred to as a weird cult, the person writing this stuff is that brainwashed he/she is genuinely believing the stuff they pen.
It just shows how weird we think they are, that you didn't spot me making what I thought was a pretty obvious joke ;)

For extra **** points I'd offer to take over Everton's new construction and groundshare.

You don’t want to be giving Uncle Malcom’s sons (and sins) any more financial ideas.

I have always been supportive of this idea being an ex red fan and for my sins local too.. it’s the most practical idea to move the Club to where you will get most exposure not to mention make it easier to travel to for over three quarters of the match going fans. It’s only a matter of time before Liverpool and United start playing games abroad to maximise the brand. What will happen is the fixtures will come out and countries will put in purse bids to hold the match there, Singapore could put in for a Liverpool v Arsenal match, Bangkok might want the United v Chelsea game etc.. the lower category fixtures might be Liverpool v Palace in Oslo or United v West Ham in the Arriva Stadium in Dublin.. The Glaziers and FSG will be rubbing there hands and there would be full support from fans because it makes no odds to them where they play home games as hardly any of them attend or have been and if anything will make it easier to get there.

They were already creating conspiracies about Chelsea somehow being bailed out because they sold a couple of players over there for a combined fee of about 30 million.

I mean it will be fucking brilliant if they are thick enough to turn that sort of money down for Salad at 31 and he then has a rapid drop off and they have to scramble in 12 months to get a decent fee......

All to make a point about "fighting the Saudis".

Stupid rumour started by Paul Merson thats now being repeated everywhere. Liverpool to sell Salah for 200m, and then offer Arsenal 150m for Saka.

I hate when clubs think their ambition is bigger than others. Why do Liverpool get to reject 150m for Salah, but that's a fee big enough to sign Saka who is 10 years Salah's junior?

Cant stand it when fans attach premiums to their own players, but discount players they would look to buy.

If they sell Salah, they nix their chance of winning the league this year. They have started well, but selling Salah would be a sign of surrender for this season.

The only winger in the PL history to hit 30 league goals, the other being Ronaldo in his first United stint.Salah's floor is 20 goals a season. Best winger in the league by a country mile

I’ve said before the season started you’ll be up there once that midfield was sorted, and it really was never a question of gelling as much as some people think, the job of a dipper midfielder is pretty simple in football terms, screen the back four, work rate, harass and pressure, then hit a diagonal ball to Salah or Diaz most of the time.
Yeah. Spot on to be fair.

i genuinely cannot conceive of the mindset that makes that leap, the person that wrote that really needs help.
It's a fascinating insight into the mind of somebody that's very clearly got some genuine and likely very serious mental issues. Someone should do a study on this specimen.

From our perspective, I actually hope they reject the Saudi's offer

I think these are going to be right on our heels, but I also think that they will lose out because of their defence, they are a threat, but not something we aren't used to

Losing Salah ends their title chances, but without Salah they still get top 4 and champions league

So if they accept now, they pocket £200+ mil which they will need to rebuild their defence and still get top 4

Fast forward 12 months, Salah is 32, into his final year of his contract and they'll find it hard for him to renew with £1.5mil a week in the back of his head

They'll get about £100mil -120mil next summer, they'd be under pressure to sell if they can't get Salah to renew
