To be fair there was no arrest for that terrible incident.

They mentioned it in terms of some of the incidents last season and I think they should be saying a City fan was hit by coins thrown by Liverpool fans. We know that's what happened, they just never identified the specific culprit. But instead they just mention it happened at the game between us, they don't make it clear it was a City fan that was hit they just say it happened at a game between us and Liverpool therefore ensuring they don't dare suggest the blame lies with Liverpool fans.

Look at the wording of the other incidents. A spurs fan attacking Ramsdale. A Leeds fan attacking Eddie Howe. Then a girl (no mention of the club she supports) hit by coins during a game between City and Liverpool. So for anyone unaware of that incident there's no clarity on who caused it. It's yet more evidence of the beeb being scared to blame the dippers for anything. Yet do anything to their fans and it's papered everywhere with Hillsborough referenced as much as possible.

The Spurs and Leeds fans were charged and found guilty though

If this had happened at Anfield you can be sure it would have said a young Liverpool fan was scarred or life after coins were thrown by Manchester City fans. It's just letting them get away with it again. They could have at least said "alleged to have been thrown by someone in the away end" or "a Chelsea fan who had accidentally sat with Liverpool fans".

Flopp is so obsessed with Pep that he hired an assistant named 'Pep'. I mean he can't be more desperate than that!

Just noticed the Europa League final will be in Dublin. Let's hope the scamps don't get up to more mayhem and mischief...............

And what a player he was... Terry Mc got the goals.. Jimmy Case provided the steel and Souey provided the control...
Remind everyone how the Dippers got the funds for those transfers and wages, Moores family, Granda TV, season after season paying the best wages and snapping up the best players, not rocket science is it?

Worrying thing from the Weekend is how easily Van Dyke was outfoxed by Bowen's header. And he looked shaky throughout. It is clear that he is on the slide.

Upfront, the fire power is there to blow most teams away and if it doesn't work, throw on Jota and he will present a different problem.

The jury is still out on the midfield recruits, but Macalister was a steal for 35m.

The spine is there to do well this season.
Game v Wolves Mac Alister was absolutely fucking wank and was subbed at half time, Wolves should have been out of site, Mac Alistair is not 35m, he’s got considerable add ons and I can’t see those being based on winning trophies alone, I’d guess they include appearances. He’s got severe limitations.

Get with the programme……. Mac Alister was exhausted from playing in Bolivia & the club should never been asked to start at 12:30.

Not a peep when Alvarez turned in MOTM performance though.
