For all we know, every single bit of information that’s come out so far (apart from the fact the hospital was hit and hundreds of innocent people were killed) could be false. Sadly Israel does have form for this type of thing, yesterday they hit a UN school which killed 6 people, and the fact they have been flattening Gaza makes them the obvious guilty party, that’s why nobody believes them
