How long does it take to place an independent regulator anyways?
If ‘being cunts’ is a chargeable offence ask him if he knows why his club haven’t been charged.I asked a dipper this at kids footy this morning.
“Being cunts” was his response.
I got off.
It’ll be something to do with Merseyside’s Police force being blind. If ‘being cunts’ is a chargeable offence ask him if he knows why his club haven’t been charged.
FFP is now beneficial to us. The rags are snookered because of it.
WTF is going on? Why are certain clubs trying to effectively put other clubs out of business? FFS its a sportTwo rulings were published yesterday. The "other one" has gone under the radar. It was triggered by a formal complaint to the PL by five clubs and was also referred to an Independent Commission (IC).
The five clubs Inc Leeds, Burnley etc requested 2 rights.
1 To be active participants in the IC hearing against Everton. NOT ALLOWED.
2 To establish the right to claim compensation against EFC if found guilty of gaining a sporting advantage. ALLOWED.
According to PL rules the 5 clubs must submit their compensation claims within 28 days.
We haven't been found guilty of anything yet so they'd be a bit previous. Two rulings were published yesterday. The "other one" has gone under the radar. It was triggered by a formal complaint to the PL by five clubs and was also referred to an Independent Commission (IC).

How many clubs have filed a complaint to the PL seeking compensation against MCFC just in case we are clobbered ?. Why is not in the public domain. Eg Any club that finished 5th and missed out on a CL place.
The non co operation part gets me thinking, I am assuming by non co operating they mean we failed to hand over financial records to the PL, now assume we are found not guilty of any of the other charges, surely this strengthens our argument to not provide the information requested,
Is it because Mark Goldbridge is a superb broadcaster or is it because they might as well be Celtic? The thing is the Premier League does not need United anymore, Manchester City and the others sell the TV rights.
It's now Haaland and City that Kids are talking about worldwide, City selling more and more Kits with Haaland and Grealish names on them,
The only thing United and Arsenal sell more off is YouTube hits, I Wonder Why
It hasnt been about sport since the PL was started, ever since that day its been all about the moneyWTF is going on? Why are certain clubs trying to effectively put other clubs out of business? FFS its a sport
United and Liverpool turned it into a money making exercise that attracted businessmen to attach themselves to the sport, capitalism has an end, usually ends in ruins.WTF is going on? Why are certain clubs trying to effectively put other clubs out of business? FFS its a sport
Be interesting to see the atmosphere when we turn up to Goodison this season. Are they going to realise we’re actually on the same side? Doubt it. The rags and their red neighbours will probably get a warmer welcome!
We'll only know the what the PL will do for certain, if/when Everton appeal.
We could end up unduly pooing ourselves unnecessarily. We've got until Thursday for Everton to make a move, so we'll know a lot more by then.
HOWEVER, the PL could still take a view on suspending sanctions pending appeals based on the severity of the case/sanction.
Such procedural uncertainty is criminal in such a huge industry. Let's hope the independent regulator is setup soon & has more teeth & integrity than OFCOM & the like.
This would be very interesting to know, when we initially failed Uefa's FFP regulations we were hit with a £50 million fine, squad reductions and our books open for investigation.I realise that this is akin to people pointing at City and shouting "GUILTY!" without knowing the facts of the case, but in respect to Everton posting an approx. 20million loss over 3 years and getting a 10pts league deduction, is it public knowledge as to how much the rags recently failed FFP by (also over 3 years) to receive a 250bag fine?
I only know that it was "very minor", but how minor is "very minor"?
Especially if we sing “Champions of fair play, you”ll never sing that”Be interesting to see the atmosphere when we turn up to Goodison this season. Are they going to realise we’re actually on the same side? Doubt it. The rags and their red neighbours will probably get a warmer welcome!
Thats the point I was making, the 5 clubs made their complaints before the IC hearing on EFC. It appears there is a process that has to be followed. Clubs seeking compensation need to establish the right to pursue before hand. The ruling was kept in house by the PL until yesterday. Presumably if EFC were exonerated it would have been buried. We haven't been found guilty of anything yet so they'd be a bit previous.
