Joshua Kimmich

Kimmich has been in & out of the team all season & apparently doesn't get on with Tuchel.

He's gone from unsellable, to 18 months left on his contract, within 12 months.

I'm no ITK, but there's too many reports from too many sources about Kimmich wanting out, for it all to be bullshit.

Both the player & the club could straighten this out with a joint interview, but there's been nowt mate. Summats going on imo.
He’s started almost every game he can. Reports of the falling out still about though

I just read that Bayern want him to extend, but negotiations have gone nowhere.

Barça are bleating on about wanting him, but not being able to compete with City's finances.

For a club supposedly skint & under FFP pressure, they've got more incoming & outgoings than the rest of Europe out together... ¯\_(⊙_ʖ⊙)_/¯

Kimmich started in 6 from 6 CL games and in 11 from 17 league games, missing some games through a red card. He has been in and out of the team about as much as Rodri...

I'm sure the reports about tensions between him and Tuchel/the club are correct, but Bayern are highly unlikely to shoot themselves in the foot by selling him in January. Even if they find a highly capable replacement, the latter will need time to learn how Bayern play...In short, their chances to win the CL will take a hit should they sell Kimmich.

I like Kimmich and want him at City. So I hope I'm wrong. But, imo, he isn’t moving to City this month. A move to Barca is slightly more likely, as they are not favourites for the CL.

Kimmich and Wirtz are my TOP signings for the summer window. I think we will see more signings with all the games in mind. that new CWC looks bad.
They would be mine too, assuming Phillips leaves. Though if we want more players will need to leave, not sure who those would be maybe Gomes, hopefully not Bernardo.

I've watched Bayern a lot this season and he's been bang average more often than not. Though Bayern are clearly playing well within themselves under Tuchel. Seeing as he's 29 soon his best years might already be behind him, or soon will be.

Kimmich under Pep at City would be fucking incredible.

I don't think it'll happen personally as Bayern are a load of wankers but if it does then I'll be absolutely buzzing.

Perfect, perfect Guardiola player and will slot into our squad effortlessly.

People need to remember how close they were when Pep was at Bayern and how highly Pep rated him.

Pep has waxed lyrical about how amazing he was and how much he loved him etc. The sort of language he reserves for the likes of Messi, David Silva, Kev etc.

I was convinced in 2016 that Kimmich would be our no. 1 transfer target as soon as Pep walked through the door to be honest.

2016 Kimmich was considerably better than the 2024 one. Maybe he's just stale at Bayern, but he's been so average in the 7 or 8 games I've seen Bayern play this season. He's never stood out once.
