We are a good story, the bogeymen, the one team you can abuse and disrespect without any comeback. The little kid curled up in a ball in the school playground whilst everyone gives him a shoeing. Juventus and Barca still get massive respect as their many indiscretions are ignored. Murdering 39 fans and getting every club in the country banned from European competition is as bad as it gets, not the nuances of accounting
 
What was Jordan actually saying he seemed to make some weird comment about Enron and clearing our name but it was like he wasn’t talking properly or the mic wasn’t working and Stefan was still talking also the link has clearly been cut they said it was half an hour yet it’s like 15 mins long

After trying to convince my few mates about the injustice of FFP ect .I've given up, and now just looking forward to the meltdown, of epic proportions ,when City are exonerated. It will make 93.20, 14 cm (or whatever it was that upset the Dippers) and the Arse meltdowns look like their best day of their lives.

It's tough enough to listen to him on the radio, but I had the displeasure of watching on youtube instead and it took everything I had not to punch the screen.

I've listened back just to see if I missed anything initially, and this time didn't watch so my ears were fully engaged! Right at the end, when Stefan is explaining the fact that these accusations would involve a high number of senior executives/board members/official all being part of the conspiracy, Jordan pipes up with "like Enron".

For those that don't know, that is a reference to a major accounting scandal involving widespread fraud. So it was a loaded remark from Jordan.

When I got into senior management many years ago, I used to apply trick to deal with the sorts of annoying interventions you describe that Jordan was guilty of today.

When discussing or making a point, if I was interrupted, especially rudely so, I'd calmly stop talking. When the 'interruptor' had finished I would say 'If I may interrupt your interruption..' and continue from where I had been speaking.

Sometimes, if I thought it necessary, I'd also give a 'Paddington hard stare' to boot..!

Works every time..

They have clipped it for news bulletins now and are saying that it's too hard to prove amd not that we could be innocent.

They will never replay the part about the amount of people needed to be complicit.

That was my point, they have twisted Stephans words and will just keep using them even if we are found innocent.

it was about 15 minutes on city and 15 on everton
he did pass comment but couldnt tell what he said something snidey i guess

He’s a complete dick. We all know that the clubs way in was ‘accelerated Investment’ before FFP. They told us so at the time and have repeatedly told us since, we had to do this before the drawbridge was pulled. I don’t believe him when he says he has multiple sources (at the club) telling him we were cooking the books as far back as 2010. And the UEFA settlement was based on breaching FFP, nothing more sinister. He needs a warning shot now!

That's where Stefan was excellent in my opinion - on the cooperation charge. Jordan has often pushed this point about us being guilty because we were fined by CAS. He thinks a lack of cooperation means we're guilty, which is something I'd expect the average football fan to think. But he's been through litigation himself enough times to know this is completely different and Stefan explained the fact that it's a common approach not to share information and to stymie another party and Jordan accepted that ultimately - a big win!

I also note, after listening back that when Jordan corrected Stefan on his use of subjective rather than objective he'd misheard him as Stefan did say objective in the first place. That reveals so much about Jordan's ego and his clear insecurities.
