I’ve just listened again as the signal seemed to be breaking up first time. I agree Stefan did say “objective”. Jordan is a buffoon who knows a few big words but his opinions are worthless.
Stefans point about relegation, which flew over the heads of Jordan and White, was to emphasise the enormity of he allegations and therefore the fact that to succeed the EPL have a mammoth task in proving them ergo its highly unlikely they (EPL) can succeed.
Also what gets lost in the idiotic noise is that CAS significantly reduced (by 2/3 if memory serves) the amount of the non cooperation charge which clearly demonstrates that they had some sympathy with City’s reluctance to provide documents given the circumstances.
i only listened to TS because Stefan was on and will not pollute my ear holes again unless it’s to listen to them choking on humble pie when City are, I hope to goodness cleared.
Stefan demonstrated the merit of a knowledgable lawyer with experience of this type of case as opposed to the narcissistic rambling interruptions of the goon Jordan.

Yep Jordan is a twats twat. Why anyone would tune into to listen to that charlatan is beyond me. Tuning in today to listen to Stefan only served to confirm to me that tinnitus is preferable to TalkShite
 
One thing that now makes sense to me is the market value of the sponsor deals and why some paid large amounts up front. The £400 mil over 10 years for the front of the shirt at £20 mil per season plus the stadium but pay £200 Mil (for arguments sake) in year one - makes perfect sense when that initial front loaded payment allows investment on the pitch pushing City into the spotlight, into silverware, more TV picks and UEFA / CL games and more exposure for the brand.

2014 -2020 Etihad paying £20 mil a season for front of shirt rights when across the road Chevrolet forked out £64 mill a year for 6 years from 2014, look at the teams success, exposure etc and who got market value from these deals?

Must have been one hell of a sales pitch to get them on board as a sponsor for us on these terms. Sure it may not have worked out (thank you Yaya for those 2011 FA Cup semi and final goals and of course Sergio's last minute legendary strike) but it did and that £40 mill a season average for front and centre of the shirt of the side that won 11 of the 33 domestic trophies available that decade (happy to be fact checked /corrected) plus the CL exposure etc means they got a absolute bargain IMHO. Market value? I reckon we should be asking them to make up the difference :-)

One cant win with the media they always have the last word and this is way City don't talk to them as some would like to explain our position and exactly why Soriano spoke to the club's media for the CAS appeal

Exactly, Masters and a the PL are totally out of there depth here and have gone way too far . Something will have to give at some stage the stakes are so high . Masters has pushed himself to the point of no return with this for sure ……..

Thanks Stefan for going into the Lions den and giving, let's say, a more balanced view. They , people like Simon Jordan, already have City down as being guilty, so to go in there and to eloquently provide them with the reason you think it won't be easy for them to prove our guilt is fantastic.

I agree mate, my only exposure is when stuff is put on BM. Same with the news, I don't go anywhere near it.

Stefan is very good and knows why more than I do

But he sounded also like he fitted into the world Jordan and the rest do
