PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Where has the Premier League and the initial hearing panel gone wrong here to get the initial sanction reduced. If Everton are getting stuff overturned for a pretty much bang to rights case, what hope does the Premier League have going up against City when they only seem to have opinion the club has done something wrong rather than actual matter of fact.

So 10 points is too harsh. 6 points then? Sure why not. Premier: “Remember tho you admitted guilt to breaking P&S but disputed the fine”.

Looks pretty damning again for Masters. Why did they deem the original fine 10 instead of 6? Also the independent panel didn’t agree with the premier that Everton acted in bad faith.

It’s a mess. Anyone who fears the premier league clowns should be reassured now.

Meanwhile, City have broken no rules apart from being fucking great, have 115 charges and our club dragged through the gutter.

These cunts don’t know what they are doing. Times up.

On the one hand and particularly with respect to our case, it is worrying. On the other hand, does this mean Everton have a right to appeal further?
Not sure, Everton are still reviewing the decision, 7 of the 9 appeals were rejected.

2 were accepted due to these legal errors.

Not sure whether they have the ability to appeal again.

They will probably throw our case out now, because if they fuck it up City will appeal everything and take years to sort out.

So the senior leadership at the PL is still privately briefing the media in advance (or someone on the so-called independent panel) with confidential information which could financially impact on all clubs, especially those in the relegation zone. And apparently City are supposed to trust the PL and this corrupt process.

Bet our lawyers are shitting themselves …

If they manage to fuck up dealing with a simple case of overspending which is documents in the accounts, how can they be trusted to deal with our case?! Plebs
So it's took three and a half months from the initial verdict to get to this point, if the second case takes the same the season will be over which surely makes a total mockery of the league? Masters is the puppet, where is the MAN U supporting chairman in all this? We never hear anything, how is she justifying her exorbitant salary in this total slapstick comedy?

She'll be flossing on scruffy Jim's pubes preparing to support their case to go begging for public funds no doubt.

A quick read on social media tells you the only reason they’ve got a points reduction is so they can go easier on City.
Hahahaha even a points reduction is our fault.

I can guarantee that our fans are all discussing what this means for the next breach and also for Forests upcoming breach. I havent seen 1 comment on City on our forums this morning. Assume by social media you mean paddy power, RS fans, Arsenal fans etc.

The biggest gripes about City's punishment are coming from those who stand, or think they stand to benefit from your demise. RS, Arsenal, Utd.

Not sure this has much to do with Masters to be fair. The premier league were upheld in all of their findings, it was the commission that erred. The bad faith wasn’t an allegation made by the PL.

Bet Luton are ecstatic with this announcement (not).
Seems strange there's wild rumours about Burnley and Kompany this morning, just hours before this news came out.

It’s all intertwined.

Premier league
Commission/tribunal
Appeals Panel

Who pays for it all? How independent is it?

Either way, it looks very amateurish. You could argue they don’t know what they are doing.
