PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Stefan clearly denied any suggestion that "a cartel set up UEFA's FFP rules in 2008." Platini was the architect and he has publically stated that the control of debt element was taken out because of pressure from major European clubs. The LFC, MUFC Arsenal, Spurs collusion was much later and was cumulative. The best illustration of it is the hateful eight letter which was circulated by Arsenal. Is Harris seriously suggesting that LFC and MUFC didn't put pressure on Richard Masters over the PL investigation?
The clearest recent and specific examples are the Newcastle changes in Dec 22 (associated party) and the most recent Chelsea changes in Dec 23 (amortisation limits) and probably this latest set of changes to the associated party rules (potentially City Etihad renewal related/Newcastle/Chelsea). These "tweaks" to the Rules are so specific they could be named after the teams targetted. Of course I don't have evidence (and if I did I would protect those sources!) but how does Harris think such changes come about. By random? Idiotic and naive.

PSR being binned tomorrow according to the Guardian. 19 clubs in favour of going to the UEFA model. Next season will be transitional and it will fully change in 2025-6

I thought we were using the UEFA model but dumped it for PSR, are we now dumping PSR for the UEFA model again? I'm confused, if that didn't come across in the post...

What he writes on Twitter following the podcast bears no relation to what was said. Does he really believe what he writes or is it pathological self delusion?

He must have a sponsor for his endeavours. No way is he in this for self gratification, alone.
Of course he does. I don't believe he has any psychological issues whatsoever, he is just doing his job. He constantly accuses City of dishonesty, obfuscation and malpractice but he will never be honest about his paymasters. City undoubtedly know who they are, but until the charges are resolved they will maintain absolute radio silence.

But they still want to continue with the witchunt investigating City's accounts back to 2008...before FFP was introduced!

Noticed Delaney has really reigned back ffp now and seems to be concentrating on football strangely. Wonder if legal teams are starting to flex. Also Harris falling from grace at national newspapers to an online blog also snacks of a shift from paymasters not wanting to employ these people.

A music reviewer does FOUR YEARS of posts on albums/gigs and on the eve of the final posted that. Fuck em.
Wow, I’ve never seen that article. I find it staggering that articles like that are published about an English football club from a British newspaper. A very bitter Villa fan, seen many of them over the past decade or so.

This made me mad, with the amount of followers Nick had he made libelous remarks that in Stefan's line of work is damaging his reputation when companies look for people in his line of work. Shocked it he lets him off the hook
Stefan has a reasonably high profile role (in certain circles) and I’m sure if he is looking for something new after that assignment nobody will be considering what a weirdo like Harris is saying.

It'll allow the rags to spend scruffy jim's money so,it's obviously good for football.

So it'll be a sticking plaster over the leak and a fortune on shit arrogant players.
