Mark Goldbridge has lost it. On his latest YouTube video predicting who wins the league he has Dippers by 1 point over City with Arsenal a point further back. He has City v Arsenal as a draw but some other weird predictions like Arsenal to draw at Wolves and City to draw at Fulham.

But he acknowledges City could win at Fulham and then vents that in that case it would be a scandal and a disgrace for PGMOL as it would mean VAR decided the title, implying City get the rub of the green of VAR decisions.

If we look at dodgy VAR decisions for all 3 teams;

Arsenal - Barcodes winner (I still maintain should have been disallowed, cost 1 point). Kovacic should have been sent off at Emirates, made no difference to result. Odegaard should have given away a pen vs Dippers - gained 1 point. Net impact 0 points.

City - Goal vs Fulham awarded. Net impact 0 points as City won 5-1. Kovacic not sent off vs Arsenal. Net impact 0 points as Arsenal won anyway. City not allowed to progress attack vs Spurs. Net impact 1 point (could have been 2 if Grealish had scored but we don't know he would so I've said it is 50% likely he would have scored and given 1 point). PGMOL have cleared the last min penalty incident at Dippers so I'm not including it. So overall impact is City are 1 point worse off where they should be.

Dippers - Diaz goal vs Spurs. Impact 1 point. Odegaard pen not awarded. Impact 2 points. But after this there's a litany of stuff that's gone their way. Dodgy Palace red card when Palace were winning with 20 to go. Forest drop ball incident. I reckon those net out so Dippers are where they should be.

Goldbridge just can't stand the idea of City doing 4 in a row I reckon. Yes there have been some shitty VAR decisions but I reckon so far they've kind of evened out, if anything City should have an extra point.
For the last time, Sandra, Damien, Mark Goldbridge, Brent Di Cesare or whatever he's calling himself today is a Notts Forest fake united fan who is making money off people who actually click on his shite. The following is a grab from companies house, just consider the amounts (just from the one company under his name) and then stop making him richer.

That creditors figure is insane. What liabilities could a business like that have? Also over £600k cash at bank/in hand in 2021! Fuck me, this grifter is good.

Who the fuck is Pete O'Rourke?

The PL has told him the allegations against City are more serious than those against Everton and Forest. No shit Sherlock.

City's non-compliance has turned the case into a farce. Wtaf? You mean they didn't plead guilty and are using all legal means to defend themselves. The bastards. Why is no-one ever asking why the PL brought this number of charges in the first place? Seek and ye shall find. Oh, and a couple of braincells help as well.

As I suspected this whole case is a dispute between the PL and the club about what "co-operation" is. This is the start of the drip-drip of the PL preparing the ground imho.
The PL have made allegations going back to 2008 and split those accusations into 100 plus “charges.” It is obvious they have followed the UEFA strategy in the hope that City will just settle without any defence. It seems obvious the PL have no evidence for their vindictive allegations and they continue to leak information to the media, They are acting in bad faith. The PL lawyers must have known the timescales in advance.

The standard of sporting journalism. Can't believe anyone would put their name to such an embarrassment.

Haven't seen the clip, but isn't Football Insider the site that features an ex Everton director who was thrown out of the Etihad during the league cup semi-final for his extremely unpleasant behaviour? It's obvious from the article the so-called reporter is just regurgitating old news.

I feel I should know more about this ......

Lost for words about Burnhams performance on Talksport. Directly asked the usual ‘whattabout City’ question and completely avoided it and said NOTHING then carried on talking about Everton.

Mayor of fucking MANCHESTER !!
No he isn't Mayor of Manchester
Hes Mayor of Greater Manchester pedantic I know but its important to understand his role

He should be sanctioned for writing on his MoGM office letterheaded paper about Everton His involvement in them has no more value than any normal fan and using his office to try and add gravity to his uninformed opinion on a subject that has nothing to do with his role is wrong
With respect to City then Im glad he keeps his motor gob shut as like I said he is uninformed on the subject

Retained earnings (cumulative profits) of £700k, that’s after taking out god knows how much of dividends over the years. Creditors £225k by the way

The state of this by Sam Wallace in this mornings Telegraph…

In the light of that I had to laugh at Sean Custis and Henry Winter waxing lyrical about Kobbie Mainoo on Talkshite this morning. Apparently it was fantastic the way he slowed the game down and distributed the ball. Now Mainoo may, indeed, be "one for the future", like everyone else I haven't seen enough to judge, but last night he came on at 0-0 and slowed an already comatose game down even further and continued to do so even after we went 1-0 down. Every pass he did make, accurately I'll concede, went 5 yards sideways or backwards. I saw nothing that couldn't have been done better by any number of midfield players.
