The only time we beat Liverpool at Anfield in recent years is when it was empty due to Covid. We seemed to relish the empty stadium and the training ground atmosphere. :-}
That was because all liverpool fans had gone home early

Football is so much about greed now that doing what is right for the fans, Manchester City and their amazing execs as the chairman said last year end of a season interview.

At the moment we are going through a cost of greed crisis where everything is about money and how much can you make to give someone less.

We getting to the point where we are destroying football which is for the fans, not execs.

Everyone who supports the club wants a better atmosphere, and the 1894 etc wants a blue wall, but again who destroying those dream execs at the club?

The club mucked up the South Stand is Deja vu about to happen in the North Stand with the GA+ section added?

75% of our season ticket holders cant be bothered to get off their arses to go to a FA cup semi final, yet the same folk will moan and groan about tickets getting into the hands of City card members and tourists.
Maybe that’s because 75% of our fans can’t afford the considerable expense of going to an FA cup finally at Wembley?

How were they at 0-0 ?

This thread of self-flagellation is harbouring some very insecure people.
Pretty good. I was just giving a bit of credit to Ipswich fans. Normally Leeds get most of the plaudits in the Championship. Leeds support was disappointing until they took the lead for the 2nd time.

I think we more relished the fact that the weak minded refs we often get there couldn’t be influenced by the crowd.

Elite sportsmen as a rule aren’t intimidated by a hostile crowd and in fact are often buoyed by hostility.
Weak minded refs?. We had a penalty given and missed in one game.
