Took me a while to be convinced but these last 3/4 weeks it's like he's suddenly clicked. Let's see how he does starting on Thursday.

Hopefully as well as the last 2 games he started. He was very good against Villa on the right and brilliant against Luton. Was very surprised he didn’t start. Surely we can use him and Grealish together at times, particularly when the other team has a shit and slow left back.

think its his best position coming on when the opposition is starting to get tired, today and wednesday he has been quality, people must know what he does , but they cant stop him, get that final ball right and he will be a superstar for us, still needs to improve but one for the near future.

Hard for him to really improve his final ball when he’s crossing with his weak foot. Obviously he needs to improve his shooting but none of of our other wide players deliver good final balls. He’s the only one who can consistently skin people to create space against parked busses.

In general I’m speaking he’s definitely done a lot better lately I think next season we hopefully see a consistent Doku he’s still a bit raw and learning pep’s system.

Doku has so much potential it’s frightening.

His burst of pace is something to be admired for such a stocky guy. He lacks the final ball and also shooting at times, but this will
Come. Everyone’s first season under Pep is a challenging one and he has done rather well. Watch him blossom next year

Can’t believe how unforgiving our fans can be . He’s only just joined club and shoes straight in team. He’s still a youngster and raw. Overall a mixed bag but also some great speed and trickery and made openings in games where we were going through Groundhog Day recycling ball but going nowhere

I think you can already see development in his game. His decision making seems to have improved.

Needs to start on Thursday. He’s made a positive difference in the last 2 games. Don’t want him to get the dreaded super sub tag.

It’s scary how effective he is already at his age and in his first season. Workrate could improve, though, but only in the sense of tracking overlapping runners because he gets back a fair bit.

Can’t wait to see how much he improves. Sky is the limit really.

To attack defenses like that is a risky business, if he can break 'm up a few times, I think it is already great. He will not always succeed and lose the ball, it is part of how he plays football.

We actually looked more like an attacking threat when he came on. Defenders are shit scared of players with pace and great dribbling ability.

I really don't understand this criticism of his touch. It's pretty much bang on every time. I watched him like a hawk at Wembley and I don't think he made one wrong one.

It’s not Mahrez-esque, but good enough generally as even if he doesn’t trap it totally, he can start his dribble off from it.

There have plenty of times where it did look inconsistent and needs work on but if it was really bad then he wouldn't of been considered

You can work on control though. Yes he won’t become Mahrez but consistently having balls pinged at him he can improve his touch. He can also work on his technique when it comes to shooting. Case in point Sterling. Yes he was never gonna become ice cool in front of goal and a lot of his goals were down to his movement becoming so good. He definitely started to strike a ball much cleaner though after a couple of years under Pep.

For the the only thing he needs to improve is when to try and run through a brick wall and when not too. That move hardly ever pays off for him and we mostly lose possession. Going on the outside is his strength and he has been excellent these last few weeks. Really injected life into the Madrid and Chelsea game when we were struggling to find a way.

Agree. I also think learning when and when no to go at the defence. He has 'take on' as a default setting but sometimes they double up on him and its low percentage plus this means another player is free. He's getting better though.

He's been a breath of fresh air his last few sub appearances.
