It’s funny reading Sad Cafe, some of them blame their demise on us, a convenient scapegoat for the poor performers, despite the fact they have spent lots of money, it’s all City’s fault for daring to compete
Hasn't Tony Evans also alluded to the receipt of a letter from City's lawyers, corroborating the information?
As if…. Utter bollocks. Some people have delusions of importance. The Anfield Agenda guy said he got one?
Not legally but effectively.
I admire you for it.Nowt effectively about it mate. I haven’t paid the cunts for over a decade.
There is a media organization that all of us are legally forced to subscribe to, it's called the BBC and the annual fee is currently £169.50. They are absolutely front and central on the constant attacks into City and have been from day one. The content used by Der Spiegel and the Sunday Times was all provided by a group called "European Investigative Collaborations", (https://eic.network/) the BBC are quite open about their leading role in that group. Last summer after the treble victory they ran a "115 Charges" story on BBC World presented by Ross Atkins. It was an absolute hatchet job that could have been scripted on Rag Cafe. Right at the very end after five minutes of besmirching the club, smearing the owners and sponsors it ended with the cursory "City deny any wrong doing". It's estimated that 320 million people watch BBC World. Although the BBC coverage of Co-Live morphed into a weird rant about Ms Tiffin on here, it was a perfect illustration how a good news story was turned into an attack on MCFC. There are far too many examples of Dan Roan and Simon Stone attacks to be mentioned here.
So I would say the BBC is the absolute litmus test of any change or moderation in the media treatment of the "115 Charges". I'll be watching them in the next few day...
[aside] has anyone noticed how they never mention anything negative about the owners of MCFC in the coverage of the Women's team. That must be caused by a "clash of BBC agendas"...
Brent said ‘cheat’ twice. He’s ignoring the cease and desist letter.
PS. He needs some new PJ’s.
Not at all. It’s not real. It’s all an act for clicks. You can’t believe it’s genuine??The head case needs anger management and probably a psychiatrist.
He could get a job in wrestling (if he wasn’t such a weedy fucker)Not at all. It’s not real. It’s all an act for clicks. You can’t believe it’s genuine??
They're rightIt’s funny reading Sad Cafe, some of them blame their demise on us, a convenient scapegoat for the poor performers, despite the fact they have spent lots of money, it’s all City’s fault for daring to compete
Correct. If he’s confident that what he is saying is true he is perfectly entitled to continue to do so, the fact he’s changed his tune alludes to the fact he knows it isn’tI don't see why we'd care if he has received a cease and desist, or if he reads it out - they aren't confidential documents, it will basically say if you continue to repeat unproven allegations as fact we will take you to court. As we should.
I'd have sent them long ago, far and wide. You can talk about the "115" all you want, you cannot talk like you know that it is or will be proven.
Absolutely, enough of this BBC licence fee bollocks. And enough of this Goldfinch, or whatever he's called bollocks.Mods, is it possible we can fuck right off (ban from posting) any member that doesn't post anything of relevance to the actual thread subject, cos it's now starting to do my fuckin head in, cheers in advance.
The first thing he needs is a pair of trousers. The head case needs anger management and probably a psychiatrist.
Anyone faced with rag cretins like this, just remind them they're under investigation by HMRC over image rights payments to players.
The allegation is that they've overpaid these, which reduced their corporate tax & NI liabilities as the players themselves are personally liable to these. I'm told that HMRC are claiming a sum of somewhere in the region of £100m from them over these payments. That's potentially tax evasion.
If HMRC are right, then that means their expenses in the accounts will have been understated. I wonder if the PL will open an investigation, in the same way they're investigating our image rights payments via Fordham? Because they'll have done pretty well what we're accused of, which is presenting inaccurate accounts.
Nothing much but he is no longer saying City were found guilty by CAS because of non cooperation, he is also saying FFP is the problem, with no mention of City. Can someone bring me up to speed on what Simon Jordan has said? I’ve seen the gold bridge video
Goldenbollocks, or is that name taken alreadyAbsolutely, enough of this BBC licence fee bollocks. And enough of this Goldfinch, or whatever he's called bollocks.
Like one of those old school weasel managers...the Grand Wizard of Wrestling. He's a cartoon character...He could get a job in wrestling (if he wasn’t such a weedy fucker)
Na, I’ve never read the Sun but to to say they’re correct in boycotting the paper on Murkyside because of Hillsborough is a bit disingenuous. Those fuckers have caused mayhem in Europe for many years, as soon as they got some criticism they went into their usual default victim mode, fuck em.To any dirty, filthy, scousers reading this thread (and we know you do), may I ask you if it’s suddenly okay to believe what one reads in The Sun now then?
I only ask as I’ve spent years hearing about your (quite correct) boycott of that fucking rag, and now all I see on Twitter is hordes of you scruffy twats telling the world that City are “guilty as sin” because you’ve all read it (okay, had it read to you) in the tabloids ?
I can’t keep up. Are the tabloids evil incarnate of paragons of virtue as they appear to be nowadays, as they are attacking the Muslim-owned Manchester City?
