What would a settlement look like though. Would it be accepting that we were guilty of non-cooperation? I can’t see how we would settle for any other reason.

No idea bud.

Non cooperation and a financial fine is a given i think.

Maybe something like a suspended sentence re some of our accounting practices in the future.

The league in return would need to start repairing our damaged reputation with a very clear statement denying fraud.
