The BBC online football section has run tens of thousands of hate-filled comments attacking City in recent years. A significant number of them have been racist and libellous but there has been a total lack of editorial control. Perhaps they think it is just banter but it really isn't. Spreading hate (and that's what it is) on a publishing platform can't be justified as a way to spend public money.

Yet when City fans question comments they're taken off as not following the rules.

Yet United’s dominance was great for the PL and English football.

I’ll ask this in here is there somewhere you can watch extended highlights and pre match build up and trophy lift and so on with say Sky,only back home from Manchester and wanting to watch it all,especially for the pain of those two twats Neville and carragher ( although he may have been at anfield)..

And between Lieu and Wilson, Guardian Sport might as well be Arsenal’s and Livepool’s joint PR team.
 
I wonder if all these journalists bleating on about City's dominance realise that Utd missed out on winning the first 9 PL titles by the grand total of 2 points (They lost by a point in 1995 and 1998 and had better goal difference on each occasion) Probably not.
