My battered copy of "The Big Book of Football Champions" annual (Christmas, 1955) reports on the F.A. Cup Final of that year and describes City looking "neat and trim in their sky blue", while the United that lined up against them appeared "dour & grim." Their best chance will be to be aggressive from the start, try to kick lumps out of Foden and hope that it disrupts us & that some of our players aren't up for the fight after our season's success and with the Euro's coming. That'd also galvanise their support - who I think are (rightly) frightened that this could be very one sided.

Fingers crossed that we get a ref who will manage this - and that we keep calm if their tactics are to throw us off our game.
