City know we'll stick by the club whatever division the club will be in.

Tourists, day trippers, football fans, half and halfers will come and go.

But us loyal legacy City fans will always support the club and stand by the club whatever happens to the club in the future.

And if we have to stand by the club I hope Mansour, Khaldoon, and Soriano realise how lucky they are to have a support and a fan base like they have and don't ever take us for granted again.

They would never take us for granted. They aren't the sort of people who would price those loyal fans out of games, put season tickets up again and again, sell tickets for important games to chinese tourists and away day fans ahead of those legacy fans. They would never do such a thing.

Just while you're here Stefan, if you could perhaps add your input to a point I made yesterday (apologies if it sounds obvious or may have already been made previously).

Much is being made regarding the second batch of leaked emails which have appeared since CAS.

However, under oath at CAS, with highly experienced lawyers and highly knowledgeable executives providing evidence in our defence, wouldn't it seem definite that they'd have been all too aware that Der Spiegel/Pinto may be in possession of many many more emails which had potential to be leaked in future (now have) so answered questions appropriately so as not to perjure themselves?

IE the potential for further leaked emails would likely have strongly been taken into consideration when they gave their testimony, so the likelihood of them deliberately lying reduces even further?
 
Having now read the full exchange of DMs between Magic Hat and Nick Harris, can I just say that if anyone wants cheering up then I urge you to read them.

I'm not sure now that they are one and the same person. There are some clues to indicate that they might be but even by that lunatic Harris's standards it would be utterly bizarre to have an argument like that with himself.

Also, I see Harris getting a little bit of credit in some quarters on here for saying that the e-mails themselves aren't necessarily evidence of wrongdoing and it will be hard for the PL to land the main charges in the absence of anything else. I wouldn't give him any credit for that as I suspect he's only learnt that from @projectriver. Similarly, his claims that Magic Hat is American are also a re-hash of Stefan's assumption.

If they are indeed 2 separate people then it's nothing short of hilarious seeing Harris put himself forward as the most trustworthy and knowledgeable person regarding this topic, and painting Magic Hat as a KFA who has just recycled information that was already in the public domain is exactly the same as what Harris has been guilty of doing down the years! MH has just packaged it in a different way which has earned him a shit load of hits. Granted, most of those are from clueless cunts who aren't interested in due process where City are concerned but it seems that Harris is jealous that someone else has pitched up all of a sudden and is stealing the thunder that the delusional prick seems to think belongs to him and him only.

If they all lied they are crazy. It is very unlikely. And only a very naive individual would lie assuming no further documents could ever come out.

Team viewer stopped their deal some time ago but the rags had no replacement so just left them on the shirt till the end of the season. Current shirt front ads income: nil.

How would the PL prove that the accounts are incorrect? It seems highly improbable that they could do this with out some kind of sworn affidavit by someone who was involved in falsifying them? Doctored emails taken out of context don't seem enough evidence to me.

IF were guilty they are done as owners of our club, there would be no comeback from a guilty verdict.

Sheikh Mansour provided an affidavit to CAS in which he said that no owner equity funding was provided through sponsorship. It might be one thing for an IC to allege that Cliff and Pearce have committed perjury, but entirely another to allege that the deputy prime minister of the UAE is lying. I should imagine that the IC would have to address why they believe Sheikh Mansour has not told the truth in the written decision. With this in mind, I find it highly unlikely that the PL will be able to discharge the burden of proof necessary to find City to be in breach of the regulations.
