I'm just reading Rory Stewart's book (OK, he's a Tory, but he really lifts the lid on the fucking state of Westminster.)

I am just on the bit where he gets introduced to his new boss, Liz Truss. OMFG. If she was fit to be a Secretary of State, I'm a spanner. And I'm not a spanner.

I recommend his book. It's jaw-dropping, even for an old cynic like me. Parliament should be renamed as 'National Assembly of Clueless Cunts'. As for that Cameron... God save us all.

It's noticeable that he avoided saying he was standing as a tory. I assumed but not until he was withdrawn and I saw this video did I know.
