It’s on the yellow sticker Sunak has won, this is where the media has a large say in who wins the GE

A yellow ticker running across a newsfeed is going to determine the election? I don't think the general public, who've had 14 years of seeing the Tories true colours, are that fickle. It’s on the yellow sticker Sunak has won, this is where the media has a large say in who wins the GE
You gov poll must be pissed hey!
watching Ed Davey on ITV now - getting sick of it tbh - I wouldn't expect Sunak to admit it but other leaders including Starmer should give interviews and say yeah we will restrict legal migration to I dunno say 100k, 50k, 200k but that means X number fewer nurses, X number fewer care sector recruits,X number fewer doctors, surgeons, scientists, X number fewer students with a commensurate reduction in the number of universities etc etc - just fucking make it clear what the anti-migrants want to happen to the UK although they are too thick to realise it.
mass imitation is not the answer
I thought that you'd like Starmer. As much as people will try to say differently, there is a rizla paper between them.
Our economy does have the feel of a Ponzi scheme. It needs a radical re think. People are not having kids as they can’t afford them and can’t afford a home. Constant mass imitation is not the answer all the time. We have a huge shortage of houses and services. Not the time to debate it with you but next time I am in I will try to have a civil debate on it with you.
Would agree with you in principle - it is very subjective - but even at 51 / 49 the poll on the debate is wildly different from the polls of voting intentions.I’ve had loads of messages from various mates with widely differing views on the outcome of tonight. And their relative politics shone through in terms of their assessment of the performances. People see what they want to see.
And I’m no different.

I thought there was a tangible feeling of things improving and then covid happened. Since then, prices have soared for everything and its gone unchecked. It is profiteering plain and simple and most of it from energy bills which is a total tear off. Everybody I know was owed hundreds of pounds back in overpayments, everyone. This shows how it was all allowed to spiral out of control unchecked. It should have been more robustly managed. They failed and someone else should have a goOur economy does have the feel of a Ponzi scheme.
Yes, I was implicitly acknowledging that. No reason to doubt the veracity of the numbers.Would agree with you in principle - it is very subjective - but even at 51 / 49 the poll on the debate is wildly different from the polls of voting intentions.
Isn’t that Labour’s policy? It’s pretty poor when comedians have better solutions than the actual government.
