PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Apologies if posted but it seems we made a net gain of £115.8m in the transfer window that has just ended

115 is truly the magic number
I've just loaded up Facebook and got confronted with the following:-

All of the buggers are at it.

Of the three parties involved in these 'enquiries' - PL, City, the lawyers - it's a foregone conclusion that the latter are the only ones who are gonna come out smiling! Hopefully, the PL will be scowling, City might be concealing a wee smirk, but the lawyers are grinning from ear to ear. £20k for a fuckin' document? Is that for reading it, producing it, forging it, or what, and how do EFC's lawyers seem to manage the same thing for two 'n half percent of what the PL is coughing up? Not even Liz Truss made such a mess of things as the PL seem to!

If the legal bills are paid by the shareholders are we looking at a scenario that it pushes clubs over PSR or will that be deductible. £2m for all clubs & £35m for the Rags.
The legal bills are the PL responsibility not that of the shareholders. It is likely they have insurance. If not, they are even more shambolic and disorganised that we already thought.

Hopefully for the PL, their insurance policy was written by the same dilettantes that wrote their rules.

If the pl ie the clubs are paying the lawyers against City. Does that mean that City are paying for our lawyers and also towards the pl lawyers. Surely we can't be paying towards lawyers working against us !

The PL is a separate company with an independent identity.

We are not paying their costs save in the most indirect way.
