I once got stuck in the lift at the Hilton hotel with Pauline Quirk from Birds of a feather. I must say, I never cared for her much before this encounter but she was fuckin ace! We'd both had a few sherberts. We started singing the theme tune to birds of a feather then we sang Waterloo sunset by The Kinks then Going underground by the Jam. It was totally surreal. After about 5 or 10 mins the lift unjammed and we were both off on our way, but before I did she offered me n my Mrs(who was in Hotel room waiting) to come n have a few beers at the bar. We couldn't because we were meeting mates, but what a top lady she was. Proper down to earth game for a laugh girl.
