Spot on

Once we cleared our name at CAS City held all the cards and should have gone hard on Klopp and others still bad-mouthing us. But I also feel City should have never accepted the £10million fine for not working with Uefa in handing over the accounts on time, This left the door open to still call us cheats and something to hide.

Once the results by CAS were release and cleared City of any wrongdoings we had Uefa and other clubs by the balls.
Just like when City found Liverpool hacking into our account and settled out of court why settle out of court ? If City had been found tapping into Liverpool's account you can bet they would want hard punishment by the Premier League,

Now will it matter if City win the 115 changes, If we do we will just leave it and move on, Everybody will still call us Cheats and say we paid our way out of trouble,

I hope to god that if we win these charges we will go hard on the Premier League and others, We need to show our strength and muscle once and for all, But I will not hold my breath
True

At the time he said this all we had was that City had been cleared the written stetment was not out.
So why did he say it ? In all other sports if a member had cleared its name so no cheating would be happy with
"I am glad they didnt cheat because it undermine our league now lets get on with the football".
I dont think it was his words this is the owners of Liverpool talking and there PR team. Fuck them.

That pearl-clutching wet wipe Oliver Holt is at it again. I won't link but here's a sample of his hysterical, histrionic tantrum;

"The modern game, twisted by greed, is so afraid of us finding out its dark workings that everything that transpires will be hidden from view lest its misshapen features should ever be exposed to the light. But in the end, some time next year, we will be told the conclusions"

Maybe he could do some proper investigating to realise who are behind the dark workings. There’s plenty to be found out from outside a courtroom.

In fact I fucking dare him.

I have to say it's not all media. I watch espn and they never bag City. In fact Steve Nicholl praises us regularly and of course they have Needum on there also.
I've just seen Craig Burley calling Rodri the best in the world. As he does about KDB and Pep.
They all rate us for the football which is as it should be.
These guys are way more tolerable than Neville, Spitty etc.

I always come back to Klopp "this is a bad day for football" right after CAS found us NOT GUILTY, we as a club missed the change to go hard in on Klopp and Liverpool on these comments and if we would have then I am sure that more people would have taken our side of things
Our PR department missed a great opportunity to inform Klopp, that the 29th of May, 1985, was a bad day for football

Craig Burley is always fair with us.
If we play well he says It and likewise if we play bad.
No mention of money or charges or anything else, he sees us as a brilliant team and appreciates the beautiful game.
Nothing like Cissy and Ada on sky sports tutting and pulling their face at us.

Just caught up on match of the day. Disappointed, but not surprised to see that they totally ignored the club's tribute to Tony Book celebrating his 90th birthday. Hard to imagine they would have left it out had he been connected to certain other teams. Truly pathetic.

And, when we don't play well, I have no problem with them saying so either.

The levels of professionalism at that network go far beyond what we have in the mainstream in this country. For one, they don't dress like they're on an all-inclusive holiday, unlike everyone who seems to work at Sky. This shows respect for the position and for the viewer. Secondly, there are no obvious agendas - they have a great chemistry whilst being able to deliver forthright opinions.

You're correct he is fair but Burley does mention the charges often. Albeit not in a spiteful way.

If he writes and believes this (as most sensible & informed fans do), why don't he have the courage of an investigative journalist and uncover/report his findings.

Seek and ye shall find !!

He could easily be talking about the cartel there…but of course he isn’t.

Half the posters on this thread are daft. They seem to actively seek out the negative stuff (not hard granted) then piss and moan about it. Why?
Surely if you don't wanna hear spitty and co then get iptv. If you don't wanna hear some gobby twat whineing on youtube or twitter then, er, stay off it or block the fuckers.
Optus sports comms yesterday was glowing with praise for City.
