my confidence rises and falls depending on my mood but i know i can get my confidence right back up just by visiting here...time for justice to prevail
Absolutely this. We’ll still be in the Champions League next season after we win it this season despite the relegation so everyone bar a handful will stay.
I think I’d really enjoy one season expulsion from the Prem, promotion back to it and a run to the semis in the CL. It’d be great fun and add to our rich backstory of ups-and-downs.
I will say this till i am blue in the face (see what i did there) , anything that they find us guilty on has to have ironclad legal reasoning for them to do so and that reasoning has to be published for anyone and everyone to see and as much as the red tops want it to be so, cos they took away all our trophies which we should have cos we've got istree just wont cut it.Seems to be a hell of a lot of confidence on here this morning.
I am confident but something tells me they will find us guilty on something just to appease the cartel. Seen the Times headline this morning. Jesus wept
IF it is today it will be 10amit’s kicked off! 8am start apparently
Your mates at Talksport will be all over this today.....IF it is today it will be 10am
No way will it start at 8am. 10 or 10.30 most likely.it’s kicked off! 8am start apparently
Etihad aren’t a related party mate. At least, not in City’s eyes. I think UEFA tried to argue the toss on that way back when we entered into the settlement agreement with them in 2014 but they didn’t take it any further and both sides agreed to disagree.I thought related party funding was allowed as long as deemed fair value?
So what exactly is the issue if the money was coming from Sheikh Mansour if the sponsorship was deemed fair value anyway?
I agree with you to a certain extent, but it doesn’t seem to have been the case for Juventus. Within a few years it’s all just forgotten about. That would only be the start. A permanent stain rubber stamped on the club in the history books, lawsuits in excess of £200m, commercial partners withdrawing support, future players not wanting to damage their own brands, an owner who would not pass the stricter fit and proper persons test.
To be clear, this is a fight between life or footballing purgatory.
Which is why they can't win and we won't lose.
Yes, they won’t want to get caught in traffic. No way will it start at 8am. 10 or 10.30 most likely.
The coverage by the MSM is unreal, although not surprising. Just watching morning tv and they interview Kieran Maguire and it’s just all about when we are found guilty what the punishments could be. Not mention ever of the chance we might be innocent…
I’ve not seen one article or heard one discussion relating to what could happen to the PL & the clubs who initiated thus whole witch hunt when were cleared - it’s unbelievableThe coverage by the MSM is unreal, although not surprising. Just watching morning tv and they interview Kieran Maguire and it’s just all about when we are found guilty what the punishments could be. No mention ever of the chance we might be innocent…
It’s fucking disgraceful mate. I don’t care that they’re being driven by clicks. That’s no excuse for a complete lack of balance. The coverage by the MSM is unreal, although not surprising. Just watching morning tv and they interview Kieran Maguire and it’s just all about when we are found guilty what the punishments could be. No mention ever of the chance we might be innocent…
When we win, the rags & dips will believe it was held at Mary D's.It’s being held at Gill’s gaff and streamed live at the Bishops Blaize.
The new phrase on talksport this morning , soon to be adapted by the masses..."it's all about the spirit of the game"The coverage by the MSM is unreal, although not surprising. Just watching morning tv and they interview Kieran Maguire and it’s just all about when we are found guilty what the punishments could be. No mention ever of the chance we might be innocent…
any blues knocking around the stadium today, be sure to say hello to Dan Roan - who undoubtedly will be doing a report from there todayThey did this last time before CAS, the Sky reporter over the road from the South Stand that morning looked like someone had shagged his wife and ran over his dog when the announcement was aired. I expect more of the same again.
