MLB 2024

For us Mets fans as Tug said " you gotta believe ".
Would be nice for the team that brought National league baseball back to New York, however being a Mets fan is more in kin with being a City fan though the bad years, with the scum in Brookln taking the piss.
OMG LETS GO METS !!!!!!!!!!!
Actually those cunts are from the Bronx!! It’s the time of year I can revel in their post season failure!!

Yer my bad , but with time zones I've been on it longer ( hic )
First time I saw the Mets was in 86 in a pub in St Helens prior to a Rugby league cup final.
Mets lost to Boston in game one but I stuck with the bastards, been to Shea loads of times and more than a few other places.
Being an old fart blue I'm sat with all fingers crossed as better Mets teams have fucked it up, lets keep the faith :-)

This team has shown resilience, fight and a never say due attitude. However, I always expect the Mets to implode or have a Wile E Coyote type of moment. For you old time City supporters, a typical City moment.

Mets start with Sengaxwho has been injured all season. Thinking is maybe get two innings out of him. First batter hits it in the stratosphere. Might collide with the infamous Mahrez penalty at Klanfield….typical Mets.

Guardians steamrollered the Tigers. Great atmosphere in the stadium and a statement win halting Detroit’s momentum coming into the series. Will be tough against Skubal on Monday, but he’s not unbeatable.

Tigers offense has been their weakness all season and it’s their pitching that’s got them to this point. Unless they can get their bats going which they have done recently, skubal can only do so much.

Okay just caught up on innings 7 to 9, Lets Go Mets :-)
I hope some of the Mets pitching staff know who Clemence is because he his due some catch up for his old man, who never had the balls to pitch in Shea but would beam Pizza in the Bronx, C**t.

Phillies coming back against the Mets, damn. Crowd going crazy and chanting something that sounds like Oh Kevin de Bruyne.

Some IT issues there..

It's Clemens and Piazza.

But yeah, what a ****.

That was roid rage by that test Clemens. Had the courage to throw at hitters when he knew he didn’t have to face retribution at the plate due to the DH. A total shithouse.

He did pitch in Shea though-he would have been on the winning side in 1986 had Boston not collapsed.

Big game to lose!! Would have been up 2-0 going back to New York-shit.

Fucking Diaz imploded again. He’s the Alan Kernaghan of closers!! Don’t want to see him again.

Classy Philly fans booing their team the first six innings. Total twats!!
