The Sky propaganda machine is in full flow

We heard that with ten haag, mourinho, ragnick and van gaal too and its really easy to take that kind of attitude with players in a sporting team, u really think players give a fuck who this guy is, u have to have some cache to pull off that kind of attitude, he doesnt have the cache, time or squad to go on with that attitude.

Also the new special one is hardly a compliment, it suggest hes gonna be good for a couple of years before falling out with everyone, destroying the club from the inside out and getting sacked.

I could be wrong but I think there's a subtle difference here. IF he takes the job then he'll be the first manager under the new regime and as such I think he'll have a lot more clout than his predecessors

I wonder if City have rung Amorim and said hang fire mate , be patient and you will be managing the worlds finest club inside 12 months.
Wouldn’t that be funny
And after the rags appoint Southgate, ring him back and say only kidding.

Now that would be funny.

I
I honestly thought he was one of their best players. Surprised they were desperate to offload him
Yes, their treatment of him was baffling. They played him as a DM while he was starring for Scotland as an attacker. I thought he was a much better player than people here gave him credit for. Now he is proving it.

I watched a Scotland game & thought the same, nothing like the player i'd seen at Utd

He was still a horrible, nasty bastard.
