Not really - if you solely relied on the media then you'd believe that despite City's expensively assembled legal team going up against the PL's "no win no fee" lawyers, City lost on all counts and everything will be ok once Dickie Masters makes a few small tweaks to the existing rules.The media surprised us by leaking news that the APT case was positive for City some time before the publication.
