PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Which clubs have reserved the right for damages?
 
Can you imagine this site when the result finally does get released...

I do not know, all i know is they could and it is believed a few have, i do not believe the PL have to disclose who. so we are unlikely to find out who. Still money wasted for me, just think City could lose, the PL pay out then reclaim the money off us, only for City to take them to court and win after another 3 years.

It doesn't matter one iota what the result of the panel is. In a lot of football fans and pundits eyes we'll be guilty.
