Sam Lee back to Tier 1 source...On the latest episode of Let Me Talk Sam Lee said that he'd heard the club were super confident that one block of charges was basically dead on arrival. Any more rumours or noise about that?

I know he gets a lot of stick on here, fair and unfair, but he's obviously well-connected and doesn't shit stir like some gossip journos. For him to even mention it feels really significant imo. It's a very positive sign.Sam Lee back to Tier 1 source...
Depends on what the objective was. What a waste of time and resources ....
As much as I agree. I think with the size of this case and implications. All parties have been keeping the noise down especially as they don't want any hiccups about leaking news. Not a chance that United recruit Berrada and Pep signs his new contract if this case has gone badly. We have had negative leaks to the media from rival Club Directors for a decade but nothing negative to City has been leaked about the 115 case in recent months. You can never predict an outcome from Judges 100 per cent but both sets of lawyers will know where the weight of evidence (or lack of evidence) lies. The lawyers on both sides will have briefed their clients and comms plans will be being prepared for the likely outcome. So the PL board knows the situatio. Throughout all this someone from the PL leadership has been leaking to our rival Club Directors who have then been leaking to the media. I believe the only reason the leaks have dried up is that there is no negative information about City to leak.

I'm nervous as hell about the outcome. I have spoken to a few friends who have done some work with City. The only thing they have said is "openly City are very confident and have been positive with all staff and its business as usual". But there are only a small number of people internally who know what is really going on.
Let hope their messages are true. I find it interesting - the PL are acting bullish with the APT

A whole lot of wishful thinking, guess work and nothingness.Has something new come out?

Someone is going to have to get me up to speed on the acting hard on a train thing because that sounds hilarious. He’s got stick in the past for talking shit, acting hard on a train & not putting out City’s side when obviously being connected.
it's all in the media thread mateSomeone is going to have to get me up to speed on the acting hard on a train thing because that sounds hilarious.
You would be hard-pushed to find someone as ill-informed about football as Goldstein. That said he does work for MUFC in a media capacity so I wouldn't be surprised if that rumour was circulating at the swamp. Perhaps it was started by agent Berrada.

There's no football advantage to a non co-operation allegation, so it should only be a fineI agree with abu13, as to what punishment they will dish out ? points deduction and a fine probably.
