I am not aware of that rule, not saying you are wrong. I will have a look up. Not sure we would make more than 3 anyway even if that rule didn’t exist.spots wise yes, but you can only make 3 changes, we couldn't sell 5 buy 5 and register them all etc. its 3 in at max regardless. lucky we;re right on the brink.
And this is why I think we'd be mad not to at least have a look. Forget his form and his injury record, his numbers (both for us and Munich) dwarf anyone that we've brought in to replace him 4 years ago.and Nunes and Doku and Savio and Silva and McAtee

People might think he's not what we need (although I think we desperately need some pace and creativity) but as a free transfer, I think it's a no brainer.

Leroy knows the City way. He knows rotations are what we do. So I doubt it would be something that would be a deal breaker or that needs mentioning or discussing. He would probably take reduced wages.If he was to accept a rotation role.

He was a personal favorite of mine (when he was here) and I was gutted when he left, especially given his destination, a club I loathe with an ungodly passion. We could use his pace and he was an excellent finisher for us. He and Haaland could be quite a productive pairing.

Bad move and it's certainly not paid off. 400k a week though so doubt he'll have much regrets.
we had the best Sane there was - the post injury version isnt as fast and hes still a grumpy player by the sounds of it. and if hes in and out and bayern why do we want him?!

Doku and Savio aren’t in Sane’s class.Fan of him and I wanted him back couple of years ago, not now. We already have Doku, Savinho and Bobb whom we can develop into great wingers.

Sané is the best natural winger we’ve had since Buzzer, and he’d make Buzzer look pedestrian. The way he moved, the quality of his crossing and the left foot shots were a thing of beauty. Too bad life came at him so fast and his parents couldn’t leave the fuck alone.
Imagine the last few years with him prowling the left wing instead of the “probe and pass back” bullshit we are served in every game?

The problem with Leroy was mainly his attitude and his reaction to being dropped, and Bayern were going to pay him more.
