Alabama 3 at The Ritz this Saturday.
Don’t want to worry you but last time I had tickets to see the Beach Boys it was cancelled as the tide was in.Bought tickets to see The Beach Boys next summer. Never seen them; did have tickets for a gig that was cancelled due to Covid. They're doing one UK gig next year at some large country estate hear Reading so a less than 30 minute drive from home on a good run.
They have David Essex and Lulu supporting them! Never seen DE by my wife was a fan once upon a time. Seen Lulu make a cameo appearance or two at tribute gigs in the not too distant past and her voice was still potent.
Just hope the sun shines.
One of the most underated bands around, works do for me or I'd have been there. EnjoyAlabama 3 at The Ritz this Saturday.
Good band but bellends as people.IDLES tonight at the Apollo were pretty good. Didn't play much off the new album. Clear to see which are the crowd favourites as the crowd were pretty chatty during a couple of the songs. Big love for the lighting design - it was strobe heavy but excellent with how it matched the musicality of the band. Difficult to see the band at times with the amount of haze in the room and key light not being super punchy but it was a great job on lighting
How do you mean bud? Politically or personally?Good band but bellends as people.
We're going to see McCartney on Saturday at Coop Live and can't wait. Last chance to see a genuine legend :(
We aren't sure about going to the local and having a few then heading over or seeing if there's anything near the venue. Does anyone know if Mary D's is open and do they do anything pre-gig?
