Gigs Thread

Just managed to get tickets for AC/DC in Edinburgh. Hopefully get tickets for Ozzy at Villa Park next week. 2 massive bands checked off the bucket list
 
Off to see Brian Jonestown massacre at Albert Hall tonight, last time I attended a gig of theirs was probably one of the worst I have been to. Love the music though so I'm giving them another chance.
 
Got tickets to see the Pumpkins at the Piece Hall this summer. This will be the first time I have seen them. They're a band I have loved for 30 years, can't wait.

I went as well, stood near the merchandise area.
Irritated by two taller arseholes, talking about football.... I kid you not.
Moved over to the bar side, had 3 pints, only paid for two!
After about half an hour - the band picked up and were worth the cost!!!
Thought it was amusing when they had a little spat, as the lead singer played the wrong song, whilst the band didn't.

They were much better than the shit show that I watched at Rock City, I also thought the spat was funny and was amazed when he admitted it was his fault.

On the bus home from the return after 35 year of 80s/90s mancunian cult band the man from delmonte

Was 14 when they were about so to finally see them live was a special moment, the crowd also seemed to be so overjoyed by this reuunion, one of the best gigis I have been to.

Great as ever, though still not the same without Jimi
Venie, first time I had been to tge Aviva, was alright, draught ale is watered down to fuck mind.
Crowd, bit disapointing tbf wankers talking during songs in few areas

Got them tonight in Brum. Jimi will always be a miss but on a positive note they're playing a pretty small venue and they always nail the music. Seen a couple of set lists and I see they've been knocking Space Face out at the end
