Fair enough.

My feeling is, as at CAS, all parties will agree there was enough evidence to start an investigation and, as at CAS, the club will be found to have been non-cooperating by withholding external evidence from the investigation (whether they are sanctioned for it or not), so it is very unlikely the club has any claim against the PL.

But you may be right. What do I know? :)

I've been thinking of dumping FB for awhile due to the bollocks posted by real people and the bollocks generated by AI, I think the Reform supporting, Covid denier, pisshead has made my mind up. We've made a hell of a world for ourselves.
 
Just seen this I don't take any negative or positive as the what's going to happen! But if true why is it going to take another few months to announce it? Or they waiting to announce it when Liverpool or Arsenal win the league ;)

I was right from day 1 about the Covid vaccine I was ridiculed for this even took my company to court and won as they refuse to pay me because I wouldn't wear a mask and was sent home without pay. I told you all pep was signing 5 months before it Happened. I work 50 hours a week in a warehouse as well as 12 hours a week for a political party !! We won't face any serve consequences for the FALSE 115FFP. I love this club with my whole heart. I've not drank for 7 months now but I'm bloody

I think I will make 25 Twitter accounts, tell the world in each of them that I have heard from someone at the club a slightly different outcome to the hearing and claim God-like status when one of them is finally and inevitably proven right. Can't lose.
 
So someone at anfield says we are going to get a 40 point deduction , someone says its going to be a fine, honestly at this point i think you're in the minority if you arent ITK on it, the reality of it is that nobody really knows anything, what i know is that since our owners have come in they have done every thing they said they were going to do and then some, so based on that track record if they say they arent guilty of anything i am much more inclined to believe a group who have a proven track record of telling the truth than the disingenuous bunch of charlatans who are currently are in charge of the pl.

Anybody who starts their incredibly sensitive legal information saying "I was right about the Covid vaccine" and detailing how they work in a warehouse is a no from me lads.
